How do I enable 141 on my iPhone?
Block your number on a single call
All you have to do is add 141 to the beginning of the number you're calling and the receiver will not be able to see who you are; instead they'll be presented with Private Number or No Caller ID.
This can be done on a per call basis on both landline and mobile devices - for iPhone and Android. If you're not withholding your number permanently, you can use 141 to withhold your number on a call-by-call basis. There is no cost to this service - it's free.
Try going into the phone app/dialler app, then go to settings from there. Then you'll be able to change the settings to withold the number. 141 is only something that was used on much older devices and the newer devices allow you to hide the number prior to call.
To hide your number for one call, enter 141 before the number you're calling. If you've hidden your caller identity, enter 1470 before the number to show it for that call. If you want to hide your number for an international call, enter 00 instead of + before the number you're calling.
If you don't want to withhold your number permanently, only before making a particular call, it's very straight forward to do. Simply type the numbers 141 before the phone number you plan to dial. This is the same system used on landlines but it also works on mobiles.
After you set up the app, you will want to go to the iPhone settings > Phone > Caller Identification and Block and enable Truecaller. This will allow for Truecaller to use CallKit integration (iOS 14.0 and up) for live spam identification.

DIAL *69 AFTER RECEIVING A CALL
Even though the phone number has been hidden from your Caller ID, you can still find it out by entering the Last Call Return code of “*69”. This code will only work on the most recent call that you've received and must be used within 30 minutes.
Alternatively, you can stop your caller ID being revealed by using the relevant code for your country – 141 from a UK landline, for instance, or *67 in the US. Now you can call the blocking iPhone, and it will ring normally, since it doesn't know you're the person it blocked.
